2012 NASMD Convention
Mark your calendars for the 2012 NASMD Convention, March 21 - 24 at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in ChampionsGate, Florida.

Make Your Hotel Reservations Now
Call 1-800-843-6664 and mentioning the NASMD convention, or online. (You may also click on "Hotel Reservations Online" from the menu on the left hand side of this page). The convention rate is $215 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy. Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is noon. Self-service parking is complimentary, and valet parking is $16 per day. High-speed wireless Internet access is complimentary in sleeping rooms. The cut-off date for room reservations is February 17, 2012. After that date, rooms will be on an as-available basis at the hotel's regular rate. Dress is resort / business casual. Hotel meeting rooms can be chilly so bring a jacket or sweater. For the Saturday night banquet, attire is a little dressier — coat and tie / suits for gentlemen or party dress / pantsuits for ladies.
Registration Fees
(Deadline to cancel NASMD convention registration and/or golf registration for a refund is March 7, 2012.) You must be registered for the convention to participate in any convention events.
NASMD Business Registration Package
$295 per person (U.S. funds). This includes admission to all business sessions and featured speakers, educational sessions, receptions, food functions, banquet and eligibility to participate in the sporting events (there is an additional fee to play golf.)
NASMD Social-Only Registration Package
$195 per person (U.S. funds). This fee includes admission to all receptions, food functions, banquet and eligibility to participate in the sporting events. Social registration will admit attendee to the opening and closing speaker sessions!
Book Your Air Travel Early!
You'll be flying into the Orlando International Airport (MCO), serving all the major airlines. If you're not driving or renting a car, you can reserve shared ride shuttle transportation at www.mearstransportation.com, an estimated $46 round trip or $27 one-way. The Associated Transportation provides direct service from Orlando International Airport to the resort with no additional hotel stops. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance and can be made online, or by calling 407-888-9220 x3. Round trip is approximately $45 per person, and one-way service is $25 per person.

NASMD Golf Scramble — Friday Afternoon, March 23, 2012
$149 per person, includes green fees and cart, and a sponsored box lunch. This is an enjoyable event for men and women of all abilities. The course is adjacent to the hotel and only a short walk away. Co-ed teams consist of foursomes of varying skill levels, matched up by a draw. Some great prizes are made possible by NASMD associate members. You must be registered for the convention, either for the business or social package, to participate. Please complete the separate Golf Registration Form, one for each player.
